Integration Not Connecting
- Verify your API keys are correct and have the right permissions
- Ensure webhooks are configured to point to Paybird
- Check that your processor account is in good standing
Recovery Rate Lower Than Expected
- Review your retry schedule — more attempts over a longer window improve rates
- Enable customer notification emails to prompt card updates
- Check if your processor has rate limits on retries
Dashboard Not Showing Data
- Allow up to 24 hours after integration for initial data sync
- Verify webhook events are being received in your processor's logs
- Contact support if data is missing after 48 hours
