Integration Not Connecting

  • Verify your API keys are correct and have the right permissions
  • Ensure webhooks are configured to point to Paybird
  • Check that your processor account is in good standing

Recovery Rate Lower Than Expected

  • Review your retry schedule — more attempts over a longer window improve rates
  • Enable customer notification emails to prompt card updates
  • Check if your processor has rate limits on retries

Dashboard Not Showing Data

  • Allow up to 24 hours after integration for initial data sync
  • Verify webhook events are being received in your processor's logs
  • Contact support if data is missing after 48 hours
